Finally. A budgeting and money app that does everything: budgets, bills, and net worth, with every number computed from your own data and shown with its work.
Coming soon to the App StoreTrueCash is a budgeting and money tracking app. It is in testing now and is not yet available on the App Store. Here is what it does when it opens to everyone.
Set a monthly limit per category and see spent against budgeted at a glance. The bars are calculated from the transactions in the app, and pace lines explain exactly how each projection was made. Limits reset on the first of the month, and the app says so plainly.
TrueCash looks through your own transaction data to find recurring charges, and shows why each one was flagged: its cadence, its occurrences, its amount history, and any price change along the way. If you decide to cancel one, the Cancel Assistant walks you through the steps; you cancel with the merchant yourself and mark it done in the app.
Accounts, balances, and debts roll up into one net worth figure, with a history recorded from the day you start tracking. One snapshot a day, never backfilled, never estimated.
Connect your bank accounts through Plaid and synced transactions are categorized automatically. Your bank credentials go to Plaid, never to TrueCash. Prefer to keep it manual? Full manual entry and CSV statement import work with no bank connection at all.
